Ensure tax compliance routine in line to the law: Income Tax calculation - IR & CSLL, Lalur bookkeeping;

- Responsible for gathering information and preparing Sped System – Accounting Sped, FCont, EFD  IRPJ (incl all its updates);

- Preparation of  Interest on Equity calculation;

- Preparation calculation of Tax loss carry forward and Deferred taxation;

- Preparation and posting of tax entries into SAP general ledger and reconcile Federal income tax balance sheet accounts;

- Responsible for gathering information to prepare Income Tax statement – DIPJ;

- Prepares transfer pricing controls and calculations and establishment of controls of activities related to import/export with related parties

- Development of internal procedures related documentation, timeline and process focused to attend income tax requirements;

- Provide quick advice about possible tax implications in business proposals and/or any changes in Brazil legislation;

- Deal condition reviews and Contract evaluation of Tax implications for transfer pricing purpose;

- Oversee internal clients regarding Income Tax issues and transfer pricing;

- Relationship between the Company and Public Agencies, identifying tax benefits;

- Assists in gathering information for federal tax audits and tax inspector;

- Provides assistance with tax budgeting process.

Competências e experiências desejadas

- Hands-on and comfortable doing multitasking

- mín 3 years of relevant experience

- CRC register

- Degree in Accounting or law

- Fluent English is considered as a plus

- Current with the Law
