Reportando-se diretamente ao diretor e sócio da área societária, o profissional irá:
•    Negociar e elaborar contratos em geral, especialmente comerciais e de prestação de serviços, nacionais e internacionais;
•    Atuar com societário dia-a-dia de LTDAS e SAs, principalmente, de capital fechado;
•    Atuar com procedimentos referentes ao BACEN;
•    Atuar em operações de reestruturações societárias complexas e planejamentos sucessórios;
•    Atender a clientes nacionais e internacionais.

Competências e experiências desejadas

•    Formação superior completa;
•    Comprometimento, vontade e flexibilidade;
•    Inglês fluente.
